RECRUITMENT INFORMATION​

We are seeking the positions for our manufacturing facility in Vietnam as follows:

1.SENIOR EMBEDDED SOFTWARE ENGINEER (2 persons)
1.JOB SUMMARY:
·Act the role of Embedded SW leader in model based projects
·Using standard techniques performs routine engineering work: analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies embedded control software used in electronic devices.
·Troubleshoots code for firmware (embedded code) applications. Code may be used in commercial or end-user applications. Work often involves analog and digital hardware and software systems.
·Position requires knowledge and exposure to hardware design. Typically programs in assembly language and high level languages (e.g. C language).
·Completes documentation and procedure for release and maintenance.
·Normally receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments

2.SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Essential Duties and Responsibilities

60% Using standard techniques he analyzes, designs, programs, debugs and modifies embedded control software used in electronic devices.​

20% Troubleshoots code for firmware (embedded code) applications.​

​

20% Completes documentation and procedure for release and maintenance. May interact with customers and other dept, to define system requirements and/or necessary modifications.​

​

Regular reliable attendance and courteous treatment, communication and interaction in all working relationships, internal and external.

3.QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
§Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineer, Software Engineering or Computer Science. Prefer MS + 2-year experience or BS + 4-year experience.
§Good technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation. Good analytical and design skills at multiple product level. Good skills in research and analysis. Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance. Good communications and interpersonal skills. Good PC skills.

2.SW TEST ENGINEER
- Industrial Automation (IA) Group (02 persons)
- Handheld (HHS) Group (2 persons)

JOB SUMMARY:
§Performs defined software tests
§Performs bug verification
§Performs release testing
§Supports projects that may require research and analysis
§Operates under supervision.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Core responsibilities:
§Apply technical knowledge in SW methodologies to execute tests.
§Follow defined test criteria to assure proper operation of the SW.
§Identify non-compliant SW features and document via established tools.
§Work with team members and developers to solve SW non-conformances
2. Others
§Perform special projects or assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
§Bachelor's degree in IT, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science or equivalent
§Will be newly graduated but could have up to three years of technical experience in SW test.
§Have general technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation
§Have experience in writing software for embedded applications and/or PC level applications. .
§Strong communication skills in English (reading, writing, speaking).

3. SW TEST ENGINEER – Programmer – Mobile Group (01person)

JOB SUMMARY:
- Test engineer verifies that the product functionally operates as designed and meets requirements
- Provides technical expertise in testing, and reporting any defects found to the developers
- Develops software automated tests, test plans, and test procedures
- Documents the noncompliance in a defect database and writes status reports
- Operates under minimal supervision and provides guidance to follow team members

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Core responsibilities:
- Using Microsoft, marketing, and software requirements to validate embedded Windows and Android devices, and validate custom applications on Desktop PC’s. Perform certification on Windows Mobile and Android devices
- Develop software test programs to validate the Datalogic Mobile computers using C/C++, C#/VB.NET, and Java. Test development for both embedded Windows and Android
- Perform sub-system and system level testing to meet requirements
- Research problems discovered during testing and develops solutions to the problems
- Guide, mentor and train less experienced test engineers
- Manage a team and support the training programs including the creation and application

b) Other responsibilities:
- Provides status updates to group leaders and other extended team members
- Perform special projects or assignments as required
- Able to attend advanced training

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in software engineering, business (IT), or computer science.
- With 6 or more years of experience in C/C++, C#, and Java software development and software testing. Working knowledge of Visual Studio 2005 or later; and preferred knowledge of Eclipse.
- Good technical knowledge in software development methodologies, design and implementation.
- Good knowledge of creating and executing automation tests
- Good understanding of entire development process, including specification, documentation and quality assurance
- Good English writing and speaking communication and interpersonal skills

4. AME Electrical Engineer 1 (1 person)

JOB SUMMARY:
Performs complex design and development tasks on electronic and/or mechanical equipment, components and circuits for new and existing products. Conducts product testing and creates models and prototypes. Operates under minimal supervision, with wide latitude for independent.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
Core responsibilities:
§ Support manufacturing with failure analysis, tester debugging, reduction of intermittent failures and downtime of test equipment
§ Prepare recommendations for testing and documentation of procedures to be used from the product design phase through to initial production.
§ Generate reports and analysis of test data, prepares documentation and recommendations.
§ Design, and direct engineering and technical personnel in fabrication of testing and test control apparatus and equipment.
§ Direct and coordinate engineering activities concerned with development, procurement, installation, and calibration of instruments, equipment, and control devices required to test and record test data.
§ Determine conditions under which tests are to be conducted and sequences and phases of test operations
§ Direct and exercise control over operational, functional, and performance phases of tests.
Analyze and interpret test data and prepares technical reports for use by test engineering and management personnel.
§ Develop or use computer software and hardware to conduct tests on machinery and equipment.
§ May provide training in new procedures to production testing staff.

Others: Perform special projects or assignments as required.

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCES:
§ Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical
§ Fluent in English (verbal & writing)
§ Understanding Visual Basic programming, ability to develop software to control machine
